Sometimes, a stick the monkey used as a tool would be burnt, or rotting, or somehow else able, entirely by accident, to leave marks upon the surfaces that it was drawn against. When he noticed this, the monkey was intrigued.

I had an idea recently about superimposing an actual human over this image, so she would be the person in the same position but with your wings and her fingers turning into the ones you drew.
